Crystal glass cup: The main component is also silicon dioxide, but it introduces metal substances such as lead, barium, zinc, titanium, etc. If lead is introduced (which is generally allowed in the domestic market), it is lead crystal. Lead free crystals are those that introduce substances such as barium, zinc, and titanium. Due to its high transparency and refractive index, this type of glass has a smooth and crystal clear appearance, hence it is called crystal glass.
The difference between sodium calcium and crystal: The simplest way to distinguish between a crystal cup and a sodium calcium cup is to tap your back, and the crystal cup will make a crisp and pleasant metallic sound (ding ding~), which is not comparable to regular sodium calcium cups (di!).
The temperature of the crystal's chemical material is over 1000 degrees, and it is all fired in an electric furnace. Borosilicate glass: also known as hard glass, resistant to high temperatures, 100-200 ° C. Sodium calcium and crystal glass cups (excluding tempered ones) are generally around 80 ° C, completely different from sodium calcium and crystal glass processes. It utilizes the conductivity characteristics of glass at high temperatures and achieves glass melting by heating inside the glass. The high borosilicate material is a pipe material, so it is not easy to produce bubbles, But there are patterned lines (the process is different from sodium calcium and crystal glasses).
