Blow moulding

There are two ways of blow moulding, manual and mechanical. In manual moulding, the hand-held blowing pipe takes material from the crucible or the kiln outlet and blows it into a shape in iron or wood moulds. Smooth circular products are blown by rotary blowing method, while products with convex and concave patterns or shapes that are not circular are blown by static blowing method. First pick colorless material to blow into small bubbles, and then use small bubbles to pick colored material or opaque material to blow into the shape of a device called nest blowing. The color fusible granules are dipped on the opaque sleeve, which can be blown into natural scenery utensils by natural melting of various colors, and the strip opaque granules on the color material can be blown into wire drawing utensils. Mechanical moulding is used to blow large quantities of products. After receiving the material, the blower automatically closes the iron mould and blows into a vessel. After removing the cap opening, the vessel becomes a vessel. Pressure-blow moulding can also be used. First, the material is washed into small bubbles (embryonic form), and then continue to be blown into apparatus. It has higher efficiency and better quality than blowing machine only.
