Various raw materials (sand, old glass, soda ash and colourants) are melted together and then pressed and blown into moulds. The freshly blown glass bottles are then put through a slow cooling process to relieve stress in the bottles. The bottles are then carefully inspected to ensure they are made well, no cracks, pieces of glass in the wrong place, and then shipped to manufacturers for packaging.
