Acidic solution soaking pool
Configuration: Mix industrial grade citric acid (or edible grade acetic acid) with water in a large container at a ratio of 1:5, ensuring that the solution completely covers the glass bottle.
Soaking time: Mild anti alkali soaking for 2-4 hours, severe anti alkali soaking can be extended to 8-12 hours.
Advantages: Batch processing reduces labor costs, and acidic solutions can be recycled (requiring regular concentration replenishment).
Mechanical assisted cleaning
High pressure water gun flushing: Use a 100-150bar pressure water gun to flush the inside of the bottle, combined with a rotating nozzle to enhance the effect.
Ultrasonic cleaning machine: suitable for fine carving or narrow mouth bottles. Place the soaked glass bottle in an ultrasonic tank and shake for 10-15 minutes to break down stubborn scale.
2, Professional cleaning agent selection
Industrial grade scale remover
Recommended product: A cleaning agent containing hydroxy acetic acid and amino sulfonic acid components (such as Rust Oleum professional scale remover), diluted according to the instructions before use.
Caution: Wear protective gloves and goggles to avoid direct contact with the skin.
Alkaline cleaner assistance
Applicable scenario: If oil stains are mixed in the anti alkali process, they can be pretreated with a weak alkaline solution (such as sodium carbonate) first, and then cleaned with an acidic solution.
3, Disinfection and drying

Sodium hypochlorite solution: Soak in a 5% concentration solution for 30 minutes to kill mold that may grow during long-term storage.

4, Storage and Prevention
Moisture resistant storage
Store glass bottles upside down in a dry and ventilated environment, with the bottle mouth facing downwards to avoid the accumulation of condensed water.
Use silica gel desiccant (500g per cubic meter) and replace it regularly.
Regular maintenance
Blow the bottle with dry compressed air every quarter to prevent trace moisture regain.
Vacuum seal the cleaned glass bottles to isolate moisture.
